'We have just come home from our second stay at the wonderful villa Marina and it was just as perfect as we remembered. As before, Marina made the whole process so easy and was amazingly helpful with all our enquiries. The villa really does have a 'home from home' feel with everything we needed to help make a holiday with two young as easy as possible. Our 4 year old loved being in the pool every day and the grass area, which is so beautiful and unique, was great with a 7 month old. The location is just ideal being over the road to Corallia Beach and within easy access to local restaurants and Coral Bay - you really couldn't wish for more. The property managers, Barry and Elaine, were fantastic and were really responsive and helpful with any questions. Thank you for all the little touches, we look forward to our next visit.'' ''Our stay at Villa Marina had been planned as an escape from the dreadful November weather we usually have. The villa has surpassed all our expectations: it was very quiet, had a beautiful garden area where we had our meals, and a large swimming pool. Unlike some other guest accommodations in the area, Villa Marina is surrounded by a wall of green, which creates privacy and helps to relax. We all slept very well there, as beds were very comfortable, and nice warm blankets were provided by the owner. The villa is tastefully decorated and it has a great personal touch to it. I enjoy cooking, and I found everything I needed in the kitchen to prepare great meals. Everything was so well organised - you just think about it, and it's there) The beach is very close to the villa, and we enjoyed long days just doing nothing, swimming, sunbathing and drinking great Cyprus coffee in the bar. At other days we would go to Paphos which is very close and visit its great archaeological sights and museums. Villa Marina can cater for all tastes: it's a great refuge for those tired of big cities and wishing to get away from it all, and for families with children as it's so spacious and accommodating. ''We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday in Villa Marina. The villa is lovely and everything that we could want in self catering accommodation, everything worked well, instructions were good and Barry proved to be very helpful and informative. The pool area is extremely private and you are not overlooked, as some of the other villas are within village 12. The location of the villa is fab, and although we did hire a car, you really do not need to do so. The 615 bus is literally just around the corner, which will take you into Paphos and from there you can connect with other buses i.e. to the old town, should you choose to do so. I would certainly recommend the villa to family and friends and would certainly book again if holidaying in the Coral Bay area. Finally Marina was very helpful and extremely quick in responding to any queries, bookings etc. Thank you x'' . Amanda P.

''We spent a fantastic week in Villa Marina and it was exactly as it said on the tin!! Top notch, lovely and peaceful, in a fantastic location and the sun shone continuously for the whole week!! The sun beds were placed in “Position A” when we arrived and that’s where they stayed!! We’ve stayed in many villas over the years and this was one of, if not, “The Best” we’ve stayed in. Unfortunately we were only there for a week, but never mind, cos we’ve already booked two weeks back in Villa Marina next year!! Only 49 weeks, 4 days and 14 hours till we fly out again, (I think) not that we’re counting!! The villa was spotless when we arrived and we immediately felt at home, as that what it’s like, a home from home but with a much better climate!! We met Barry (Marina’s Villa manager) on the Sunday, who is a lovely fella and a mine of information if needed. We’ve stayed in Coral Bay before so knew most of the “hot spots” but he put us onto one gem of a restaurant, Oniro’s By The Sea!! WOW!! What a setting and the food and drinks were fantastic and very reasonable!! Just turn right out of the estate, go straight ahead for 2k’s and you’ll see it signposted on the left. I won’t say too much and spoil it, but it’s well worth a visit!! A couple of local bars and restaurants within a five minute stroll and another 15 mins takes you to the strip which is a bit more livelier with more choice of bars and eateries. We saw “Boy George and Pink Elvis” one night in Blazing Saddles which was a great laugh, always some thing going on there and good for a giggle!! There’s a couple of good restaurants on the strip, The Italian at the top and a New Tex Mex type place opposite which we love!! Plenty more to choose from, from Thai to take away Pizza, what ever takes your fancy!! For beach lovers you’ve got all of a 3 minute walk to the lovely beach. We had a look when we got there but it’s not for us, the sand gets everywhere!! We love nothing more than a lazy brunch then spending the day by the gorgeous pool on the very comfortable sun beds, reading, listening to music, the occasional dip to cool off and chilling out ALL day!! If that’s what floats your boat and it does ours, Villa Marina is the place to do it!! Marina herself, from the first point of contact ’till the day we left, was always available and very accommodating for all our questions and query’s. ''We have just returned from 2 weeks of waking up in paradise every day the villa is absolutely stunning inside and out the space is just fantastic. Living space is huge lots of storage in the bedrooms and nice that every bedroom has a balcony to take in the amazing views. Garden was great for our 2 children aged 3 and 6 to play around in without worrying about them and the pool was the icing on the cake my 3 year old spent most of the day in there as it was the right height for him to stand in he can now swim on his own too. Villa is in a great location minutes to the best beach in paphos and the bus stops on the main road by the villa which we got everywhere buy a weekly ticket if u know you will be using it a lot works out cheaper. Lots of choice of restaurants our favourite was samisen celebrated my husbands 40th in there made it lots of fun. Phillpos supermarket was fantastic and supplied everything we needed at a good price and drove you back home with all your shopping which was great. Overall a fantastic holiday in a stunning villa thank you marina for sharing it with us would love to go back one day.'' Sarah T

''WOW what a great month we have had at your beautiful villa. The weather has been great everyday and we used your lovely pool on many occasions. We have watched the flowers come into full bloom in your beautiful garden. We have been coming to Cyprus for 11 years and always stayed in a hotel, this holiday has been so different for us and we have loved it. Our daughter came out to stay with us for a week and loved it. I know she has told many of her friends what a fantastic villa she stayed in and has recommended it as a great place to stay. Barry and Elaine have been great and are such lovely people. ''Clean and spacious villa with wonderful private garden and pool. 2 mins walk to a pretty beach with clear and still water – ideal for children. Care hire not essential as beach and restaurants are walking distance but would highly recommend hiring one for a day or two to explore the beautiful surrounding area and find those fabulous more remote tavernas!'' ''We have just spent a week at this property and have to say the whole experience was excellent. The booking process was easy and Marina is very quick to reply. I only gave her a few days notice as it was a last minute booking but she sorted everything for me. Barry and Elaine (the property managers) are very helpful too and were quick to help out with any issues. I liked the fact we could order in supplies for breakfast as we arrived late and would have struggled in the morning feeding the kids. We were able to chill out the first day and not have to rush out to get food in. There is no need to hire a car as everything is in walking distance. The Coral Bay strip is just up the road and the fantastic Frog & Toad pub just a short walk from the villa. Sunday brunch was a lively affair! The only downside for me is the fact this property is fully booked all summer as I would love to return soon. We will visit again as soon as we can! ''We spent a very pleasant November break in Villa Marina. The weather again didn’t disappoint with daytime temperatures ranging from 22 to 27 degrees with warm sun and blue skies, pleasant sunbathing weather. Such a contrast to home! We chose Villa Marina because of the number of its 5 star reviews and like the weather it didn’t disappoint. We found it clean,spacious and well equipped with completely private gardens full of flowers. Just what we like. Every morning we had a leisurely breakfast in the suntrap outside the kitchen, a great way to start the day and at sunset we sat on the balcony outside the bedroom to get the last rays of the sun. Just right! The location was perfect for us and though we had a car for the two weeks we rarely used it. A short walk took us to Corallia Beach and restaurants and bars. The bus terminus is beside the beach and we caught the bus to Coral Bay, if we felt too lazy to walk, or to Paphos for some shopping and a coffee or a night out. Paphos is still buzzing at this time of year. We went for a relaxing and refreshing break in Villa Marina and Coral Bay and that’s just what we got.'' Roger W.

We arrived late at night but the instructions we had for both getting to the villa and getting in was so simple we were in straight away! Marina had provided a car hire contact who were also excellent and collected us from the airport and drove us to our car then on to the property so it was easily found. Upon arrival we couldn’t believe the villa itself. It completely excelled our expectations and was beautifully set out and furnished. We hardly ate out as it was such a pleasure to cook in and eat at one of the many outdoor spaces. We had two BBQs which was great fun! The pool area was lovely and the pool used daily. One lovely thing was the privacy the outdoor spaces had. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. The contact we had with Marina prior to our stay was excellent and she answered all my questions very promptly! We were visited the morning after our arrival by the property managers who were also lovely. All in all a fantastic stay, the villa was beautiful, relaxing and had everything we needed. ''The villa is very well appointed within easy access of the beach; a small but adequate supermarket; dive centre and beach-side restaurants. The garden and pool area is secluded by hedges and there are ample sun-loungers and sunshades provided. The perimeter of the property has several shaded areas, ideal for retreating from the mid-day sun, and very efficient air conditioning when shade alone is not enough. The local bus service runs at 15 minute intervals providing easy access into Paphos and Paphos harbour so a car is only required to explore further afield. We were met the morning after our arrival by Barry who provided a wealth of useful local information and a contact number in case of any problems. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. David P.

''Have just come back from a wonderful week at Villa Marina. I have been to many villas over the last 35 years, and this is by far the best. Everything is catered for and it is just like home from home. The villa is very well kept and clean and has everything you need, and is in a lovely location. The outdoor area is superb, with beautiful secluded gardens, and a wonderful pool and plenty of areas to relax in. Even without a car, the villa is very well placed, as there is a great bus service you can use, with a bus stop just round the corner outside the local super market, or just across the road down by the beach. The fare is 1.50 euros during the day and 2.50 euros after 9pm, the 615 takes you to Coral Bay Strip (about 4 mins) or anywhere along the route to Pathos Harbour. Booking the holiday with Marina was a pleasure from start to finish, Marina’s response time to queries was brilliant. We only met Barry and Elaine briefly but they were very good and responded quickly. Matt, their son, was there the day we arrived, and he was brilliant and answered any questions we had, and showed us how various things worked and where they were. Truly was a wonderful holiday, and only wished we had been there longer. I would recommend the villa to anyone.'' Lesley H.

''We chose to book this villa because there were so many positive reviews. I am pleased to say that we were not disappointed. When we arrived the villa was clean modern and fully equipped. The pool is large and just the right temperature with lots of shade to escape the midday sun. There are lots of outdoor toys to keep the kids happy too.The location is fantastic, there is a beach 5 minutes walk away with restaurants and water sports on offer. The bus into Coral bay and Phapos terminates at the beach so you wont miss your stop after a late night on the tiles! The property is well managed and on the few occasions we required something they were brilliant! Marina the owner was fantastic from the start of our booking providing all the information that we required. There is a guest book in the villa that is more like a lonely planet of the local area and most of the suggestions we tried! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely family holiday.'' Dan S.

''The villa was everything we expected and more. It was in a beautiful area and close to the coral bay strip which was very convenient. A very short walk, two-three minutes, to a beautiful beach. The rooms were very comfortable and homely. If we needed anything the property managers were very helpful. The pool and yard were great. The villa itself was one of the best aspects of our holiday. ''Well what can I say, so sad to be saying goodbye to Cyprus. Fantastic villa, fantastic weather, fantastic people and fantastic country !! Villa was everything we expected and more, loved the pool to cool off in balmy hot days. We ate at nearly every restaurant on the strip over the past 14 days. Cannot fault the food. We hired a car from a rental place near O’Solomons, would recommend taking a trip to Onino by the sea, to see the shipwreck and Yialos Taverna to watch the sunset , great swordfish !! We visited Kourion Beach lovely natural beach and great restaurant. Elaine & Barry provided great customer service when we needed them. Hopefully we will return next year.'' Holly W.

''My husband and I stayed at the villa the month of February. We chose it based not only on the lovely photos and the ideal location in Coral Bay, but also based on the positive comments by past guests. They were right! Rather than repeat the many assets the villa boasts, I would add that one of our favourite was the ample natural light. Many large patio doors and windows allow not only access to the various sides of the villa (shade/sun), but allow the glorious sunshine in. The quietness of the neighbourhood was welcome as we spent time sitting outside on the various patios. Bus routes were so convenient that we made good use of them to explore the island. The few times we required assistance with a small problem it was quickly and pleasantly attended to by either the owner or her property manager. There are many other reviews listing the things to do and restaurants which we found to be reliable. We would highly recommend a stay at this lovely villa.'' John D.

''Our stay at Villa Marina was a perfect Christmas break in the sun. Marina and her management team could not have been more helpful both in helping us organise in advance and looking after us during our stay. The villa itself had everything we needed in terms of white goods and hardware as well as plenty of space and a very accurate set of local recommendations. ''Well, what can I say, just back and missing Cyprus already. We met Barry, the property manager, who was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful regarding the excellent supermarket, Philipos, whose delivery/taxi service combined was most welcome! The villa is in a lovely quiet complex – very private. There are a few nice bars and restaurants nearby and the beach is a stroll across the road. The bus service is excellent, running regularly to take you to the coral bay strip, where there are many bars and restaurants for all tastes and budget, or farther afield to Paphos if you prefer. All in all this was one of the best holiday villas I have stayed in, can’t wait to go back!'' Michelle B.

''Amazing holiday as it was our daughters wedding. The villa spacious, homely, clean, relaxing. It had on either side of it a dinning table and chairs so you could either make use of the sun or choose the shade if you wanted to depending on the time of day. The Gardens were beautiful, lots of flowers and very green and colourful. As the villa is a corner plot the pool was at the side but also at the back of the house, completely unoverlooked with really high thick bushy hedges. The ensuite bedroom had a sea view and the 2 side bedrooms had 2 single beds each in them with a bath/shower toilet room inbetween them to share. Another toilet downstairs, so plenty of room not to get in each others way when you are staying with friends or family. Everything was sorted and the directions from the owner Marina that she sent us were easy to follow. Also manual very good. Good selection of dvd for kids and lots of books and journals to read and some games. The kitchen was very spacious as was the fridge, lots of storage clean, and with a dishwasher so not much to wash up & washing machine if you have the inclination. All the utensils and crockery etc you could need. We had a lovely wedding day on a yacht, we visited st Gerorges Bay in a restaurant near a church and watched the sunset, panoramic views and we went to Adonis Baths which were beautiful and bathed in the freezing cold waters, my daughter and grandson climed the tree and jumped in, got some lovely photos. bit of a hair raising journey along mountain roads to get there but doable. We also visited a donkey sanctuary in the hills bought some carob and only 2 euros for whole bag and fed them they were a delight . My grandson went on a donkey rid into the mountains we led the donkey it was a great day and experience for him. . sunbathed locally on Corialis Beach and many times in the very comfortable villa on lazy relaxing days. Villa quite quiet. So all round had a brilliant time in lovely surroundings in the villa and in a beautiful country. Just got to say the owner Marina was so helpful on everything we needed but my husband left his watch in the safe and we contacted her when we got back, she was so helpful in contacting the occupants and between them we got our watch back as so grateful to her and the other guest who came after us. Would definitely recommend and go back there again.'' Sue A.

''We have just returned from a two week stay in Villa Marina. It was well appointed and very clean and spacious. The main reason we booked the Villa in the first place was because of the garden and we were not disappointed. There was always somewhere to find some shade and the planting around the pool is beautiful and it also makes the pool completely private. The location is great for Corallia beach, we which loved, it is great for small children as the water is calm. The Villa owner is very helpful and supplied us with plenty of information so that we could maximise our time. We rented an open top jeep Suzuki Vitara locally which was delivered to us and was great fun for our children aged 12 and 9, all thanks to the owner. There are plenty of things to do and we would recommend a car even though the bus service is very good. The car allowed us to go to Paphos and Limassol water parks, Latchi harbour twice for boat trips and a few other restaurants and markets etc. that were further away or off the beaten track. It’s a great Villa, the car is a personal choice depending what sort of holiday you like. Go on book it!''

''We had a wonderful time in this amazing villa! Fantastic pool and secluded garden. Lovely beach and bay about 5 minutes walk. Great location for full days and peaceful nights! We loved the meat/fish/veg/wine at the nearby Phillipos supermarket and had many a long, relaxing BBQ. The surprise highlight away from the villa was catching the Greek drama festival that was on this summer – we saw Electra at the ancient Odeon in Paphos [about 25 minutes away on frequent bus service] and the kids thought it was completely wonderful! Property management team were extremely helpful, kind and always at the end of the phone when we needed them – very assuring.'' R.H.

''We had an amazing time in Cyprus, thank you, and your villa was just perfect in every way!!! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was great. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. The pool, gardens and villa were just gorgeous. We hired a car from Nestor and Maria for 6 days who were very reasonable and helpful. We went on a boat trip from Latchi for the day which was great. We also went to Watermania near Limmisol,as recommended by you in the comment book which was a really fun day out. ''We had a lovely weeks stay at this beautiful villa and i can`t rate it highly enough, the villa is perfect in every way and the pool and gardens immaculate, such a shame we had to come home.The nearest beach is Corralia beach and is a lovely spot just 2 hundred yards away, if you want to go to the main coral beach it is just a nice stroll away or for the less energetic a short bus trip. The bus service is excellent, just 3 euros for both of us up to coral bay, the strip or the 20 minute trip to Paphos Harbour. Marina is very helpful and makes sure everything is just so, i would highly recommend it.'' Ken A.

''When we opened the door to the villa, we both looked at each other and said “wow!”. Beautiful inside and out, very spacious, and clean. The pool is large enough for a family to enjoy ( although there was only 2 of us! ). It was nice to have the pool to ourselves and have a sunbed that wasn’t reserved by a towel! Everything you would need for cooking is available, although we didnt cook as there are so many restaurants to choose from. The local bus is very cheap and reliable, we used it everyday to go to the strip but it is in walking distance if you so wish. We would recommend this villa highly. Marina, the owner, is very friendly and helpful and responds to emails quickly. You wont be disappointed.'' Ashley A.

''We have just returned from 12 days in Cyprus at Villa Marina where we had the best family holiday ever. We are a family of five (children aged 9,7 and 5) and the villa was just perfect. The garden and pool area was so pretty – the flowers smelt lovely and having the grass was great for the kids to run around on bare foot. It was really private as well. I noticed none of the other villas around had grass and did not seem as private as Villa Marina. The villa has everything you need- it is very spacious and clean and really comfy beds. The location is good- nice and quiet and just a stroll to the nearest beach which was also great for the family. The bus service is amazing- they come every five minutes and really cheap so we did not bother hiring a car. You can get a bus to the water park which takes you directly outside. We did walk into the main Coral Bay strip a couple of times and got the bus back – it does take about 20 mins with the kids and would not recommend in the sun- the bus takes a couple of mins. There is a good selection of restaurants on the strip- I found the guest review book inside the villa helpful for recommendations. This is the first Villa holiday I have ever booked and I found the positive reviews really helpful and in this case they are all true. Marine was very helpful and so quick to respond with any questions or queries- a very stress free holiday from start to finish!'' Carly M.

''My friends and I had a wonderful week of post-university relaxation at Villa Marina. The villa is situated in the perfect location, only a short walk to two beautiful beaches and also in walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets- ideal for not having a hire-car. The inside of the villa is well presented and well equipped. We were especially fans of the filtered tap water, so there was no fuss buying huge containers of bottled water. The outside space is also wonderful. There is plenty of furniture to choose from in the evenings. The sunbeds were also very comfortable and the pool was a great temperature for a refreshing dip. The villa managers Elaine and Barry were also super helpful. They were willing to advise in person and via text, big thanks to them as well as the lovely Marina. ''We had a lovely weeks stay at this beautiful villa and i can`t rate it highly enough, the villa is perfect in every way and the pool and gardens immaculate, such a shame we had to come home. Location was perfect walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. A car is definitely not needed as there is a very reliable bus service. Garden is very secure and peaceful, just what we needed as we were holidaying with my 3 year old and my parents. Pool excellent, spent most days in it. ''What can I say…… The holiday was fab from start to finish. Flights, transfers, villa, weather you name it, it all went superbly! Your villa is amazing, our son and daughter couldn’t get over how spacious it was and having their own bedroom each was great, lots of space for everyone. It has everything to help make you feel at home and we didn’t want for anything. We met Barrie the day after we arrived who quickly sorted out the wifi access for us. He was really nice and helpful and helped us feel right at home. We walked to Corallia beach a couple of the days (literally two minutes across the road), we went on a jeep safari (from SeaCave taxis) and the boys enjoyed a Jet ski experience as well at the local beach. Other days were spent lazing by the pool and enjoying the sunshine. Nightlife was just enough, the strip was busy but not to busy. The kids particularly liked Andria restaurant and my son now wants BBQ ribs for every meal!!! Thank you Marina for sharing your fantastic villa with us, and the personal commitment you have given me throughout the booking process, you made it so simple!! ''We stayed at Villa Marina for two weeks as we were getting married at the Coral Beach Hotel on 17 September 2014. We knew about this fantastic villa as my friend also stayed here in 2009 when she got married at the same venue and I knew as soon as we had booked our wedding that I didn’t want to stay anywhere else. My husband and I stayed there for four nights before our family joined us for the remainder of our stay and we all had such a wonderful time. Everything about the villa is faultless. It is perfectly kitted out for socialising, we held a BBQ for our friends and family one evening around the outside dining table and the pool area and garden are the best in the complex. So much space and plenty of sunbeds, we even had inflatables to play with that we presume had been left from the previous occupants and my husband, brother and dad enjoyed being big kids in the pool with these! I could go on and on about how brilliant our stay was but to cut it short, here’s a few things why it’s so good: walking distance to Coral Beach Hotel, Corallia Beach, small supermarket for your essentials and also the bus stop which takes you into Coral Bay strip or Paphos Harbour for €1.50. Clean, comfortable rooms, wonderful pool & outside space and it felt like a home from home. The owners (Marina and Huw) are so helpful and kind, we had a wedding card and bottle of champagne when we arrived which was so lovely. Marina has been fantastic throughout the entire booking process and helped me with my random queries for wedding related things too, as well as helping us with our car hire etc. The villa management team, Barry & Elaine were very friendly, we only needed to talk to them once about joining the WIFI in the villa as everything else was brilliant. It really is a fabulous villa, I almost don’t want to write such a good review as it runs the risk of the villa being booked up for when we want to return! But if you do stay here, you’re guaranteed to have an excellent time, we can’t wait to return.'' Laura K.

''This is a superb property, really spacious, extremely well kept and great for us and our 2 young boys (1 and 3). We struggled to get them out of the pool which was always warm, from first thing in the morning to last thin at night. The garden is also very private as well as spacious which was great. The inside was very modern and comfortable with air conditioning in the lounge and each of the bedrooms, which is an essential when the temperature was up to 35-40 degress during our stay. Everything that we needed was there and everything worked perfectly. Even if that hadn’t been the case the property agent Barry popped round the first morning to make sure everything was OK. Location wise it was close to the beach and not far from the main strip in Coral Bay where there were plenty of restaurants and bars. If you head the other way look out for Orion by the sea, which overlooks a shipwreck down by the coast – go there at sunrise. We’ve learned over the years to trust the ratings on Holiday Rentals, and with 2 young kids we want a seamless holiday and apartment with no hastle. This was exactly what we got here and we’d thoroughly recommend this place. ''Well what can I say, what you see is what you get, only it looks so much better in reality! Lovely private garden, quiet cul de sac, spacious, crisp, clean villa…perfect. The property was well maintained throughout, a pool man and gardener visited, during our stay, however they are not intrusive. From the moment we contacted the owner, to arrange our booking, the service was exceptional, warm, friendly, helpful and professional. All the information we needed to enjoy our stay was provided and when we decided to hire a car, we were given a reputable and reasonable car hire firm. The management team, greeted us the day after our arrival and they are on hand throughout, day or night and as we had booked the mid stay clean, we found them to be very professional and did not intrude upon the holiday at all, all in all from start to finish a very smooth holiday. Whilst there is no need to have a car, as there are local amenities, we chose to have one, however coral bay strip is a 15 minute walk and the beach opposite the villa is perfect for watersports. Our family particularly enjoyed the serianni and coral king restaurants, we also visited the Yilios Tavern, the setting was sublime. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone, it is perfect and our thanks go out to Marina and family.'' Claire L.

Myself and the family had the most wonderful and relaxing hoilday we could have asked for. The Villa itself was lovely the beach at corallia and the coral bay strip had everything you could wish for. ''Our stay at Villa Marina was luxury from the minute we arrived. Marina arranged airport transfers which despite our flight running late went without a hitch. The villa was spotless;spacious and had everything we needed. The gardens were absolutely stunning with blooms bursting with colour. The pool area is very private with high hedges surrounding it..Ideal for those not so keen to be seen baring a bit of flesh!! There are various options around the villa for alfresco eating..All in all the perfect villa and location. We returned from our first visit 3 days ago and have already booked for next year. The location is perfect for access to the beach and bus terminal. We were able to use the buses like a taxi service with one passing every 10-15 minutes. You can get the bus as far as Paphos for 1.50 euro. We found Coral Bay to be a lovely location for couples with plenty choices on food and entertainment. On a hot night you have the option of returning to the villa for a bit of skinny dipping…Not that we even considered that!!! If you want nice; clean and private surroundings with the bizz close by this is the place for you. Barry and Elaine look after you well and make every effort to ensure your stay is made as comfortable as possible.'' M. Currie

''We have lost count now on how many times we have stayed at Villa Marina!! We come to Cyprus at least 3 times a year for the past 4 years and would never dream of staying any where else! You could not wish for an outstanding place to stay. Marina has thought of every thing for this villa , to the tiniest details. From the first time you enter the villa you go WOW and even after 4 years it still takes our breath away. We have stayed 2 times now at xmas and have cooked a full turkey with all the trimmings for 8 on xmas day last year!! The space outside is stunning from the private garden with the pool and sun loungers with soft cushions to the lovely rattan sofas to relax in on an evening with a glass of wine. If you didn’t want to you don’t have to leave the villa as there is every thing you need there. The owner Marina is wonderful and nothing is too much trouble for her. You will always be able to contact her for any thing. Her property managers Barry and Elaine are amazing , they all make a very good team to make your stay memorable. We cant wait to return again next year!!! Its just a shame that we always have to leave!!. Thank you Marina for an amazing Villa and wonderful holidays.'' Debbie C.

''This is our 7th time staying at this stunning villa. I think we have now called it OUR 2nd home, if only!! The villa still has the WOW factor every time you arrive. Marina as always covers every thing to the tiniest detail, nothing is ever too much trouble for her and her amazing property managers Barry and Elaine. The villa inside is has every thing you could wish for and is really comfortable. Outside is just Stunning!! The pool is great and the gardens are beautiful and very private. You are not overlooked by any one which is great if you want some private relaxing sunbathing. You even have lovely soft sun lounger cushions which makes you want to lounge around all day! ''Just got back after two weeks in Villa Marina in July – We loved it and had the best holiday – thanks to Marina for providing everything a holiday maker could want and to Edith and Barry for the little touches like leaving a light on for our late arrival and giving us the local knowledge! I was amazed that supermarkets were open till 9 on a Sunday, but was also glad that we had opted to purchase a shopping pack through Marina as we arrived after 11pm and had a frige with beer in it to start the holiday and yoghurt and honey for breakfast! The Villa was exactly as we’d seen in the photos – clean, comfy and beautiful. Oh and huge!!! We live in a cottage at home! The pool area being spacious and hot hot hot! – again with all we needed right there. (The pool and wifi being an excellent combo for our 16 yr old!) Location was perfect with Coralia Beach just across the road and for us the Akanas peninsula right on our doorstep. (We’d hired a car for the fortnight because I’m not able to walk far and because we like to explore). We did this a lot and found the beach underneath the ‘Baths of Aphrodite Restaurant’ to be the most beautiful place to snorkel – saw all kinds of fish/eel/starfish and even a sea cucumber! We also took a boat out from Latchi to the Blue Lagoon and my son and I got splashed in the face all the way there and all the way back!! We hated it! Snorkelling was good though although it was a struggle to get me back in the boat!!! Would reccommend getting a boat trip there and not doing it yourself! Course Husband LOVED it and laughed all the way there and back. Food wise we found all the restaurants in Coral Bay strip were good and reasonably priced. And so much more atmospheric when you are inside! We nearly gave the Italian a miss due to the location but went in as it was recommended and we had a wonderful dinner – scrummy food. LOVED Oniro’s by the sea – great cocktails and really nice food/atmosphere and the view! Went there a lot. Can’t think of anything else to recommend – did both waterparks – Limassol and Paphos – both great… We just had a really excellent holiday and having the villa to veg out in and pool to cool off in was the perfect way to do it. ''Having never booked a Villa before we weren’t quite sure what to expect. We needn’t have worried. Booking was a breeze. Marina made the process very simple and was extremely organised. The directions to the Villa were spot on, lots of useful information on where to find a supermarket and attractions were provided and being able to book a welcome pack was great, especially for us as our flight didn’t get in until after dark. We couldn’t quite believe the Villa was for us when we arrived. Originally we went past the one with the lit up pool and well maintained garden, assuming that couldn’t be ours. Then we realised it was. Inside was just as lovely, spotlessly clean and very well maintained and equipped. Having the property manager, Barry, pop round the following morning to check all was OK was a nice personal touch too. The inflatables for the pool, DVD’s for us to watch and the drawer of books were also a nice touch. The location was great for us, within stumbling distance of the sandy beach and also not far to Paphos and then north to Polis and some great restaurants along the marina at Latchi. If you like Scuba Diving we can also strongly recommend Marine Divers, 5 mins up the road from the villa. Our 10 year old son was able to have his first try – nothing was too much trouble. All in, great Villa, great location and a fantastic holiday!'' M.C.

''Villa Marina was everything we expected it to be having read all the great reviews. It certainly lives up to the high praise. The villa was pristine when we arrived and our children were really impressed and believe me impressing teenagers isn’t easy! They were amazed that the villa was just for us. They loved their own space and were more excited about coming ‘home’ every day than going out exploring. We loved the privacy and peace of the garden and pool – particularly those 15 minutes every afternoon when the children went to the supermarket for goodies! We managed to lock ourselves out while we were there but our panic was sorted out very quickly by Barry & Elaine – thank you both so much! We found a great restaurant in the lovely small village of Kathikas called ‘Yiannis’ which had great authentic Cypriot food in a rustic setting. It’s a great drive up there too, especially as the sun goes down. It’s about 6C cooler up there – we came out of the restaurant to fog on our last visit. I Would highly recommend the villa to anyone considering staying in the Coral bay area. All the rave reviews are totally justified, it’s the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in anywhere. ''We had a wonderful time in your beautiful villa, thank you! It was very comfortable and relaxing, a real home from home, we wanted for nothing, it was just what we were hoping for. We booked the holiday with one thing in mind, to rest and relax; your villa and its location were absolutely perfect, we’ve come home feeling very relaxed and refreshed. We had lazy days by the pool (so peaceful, in a beautiful, secluded garden) and a picnic on Coral Beach just a few minutes walk away. Our journeys were faultless too, we were even pleasantly surprised how good EasyJet were! Even though our flight came in early when we arrived, our taxi driver was waiting for us so we were able to get on our way without delay (thanks, Marina, for making sure this happened!)
